Registration

There are three forms we need you to fill out: a form for logistics, registration payment, meals/lodging reservation.

1. We ask that you fill out this Google form for logistics, including flight info, transportation to/from Biosphere 2, the Wednesday afternoon excursion, casita housemates, and other fun things. Please fill this out as soon as possible.

2. You can register for the conference here. The cost of registration is $250. This form will ask you for other details like dietary restrictions and additional accommodations. Please submit this by September 19.

3. You can request meals and lodging here. You will be able to specify how many nights you will stay and meals you will participate in. Please note that Biosphere 2 is very isolated and there are little to no food options nearby, so you should sign up for meals. Also, if you are bringing a guest that you will share a room with, please contact the organizers separately at erebusmeeting2023@gmail.com for a separate payment procedure. Please submit this form by September 19.

If you are local to the University of Arizona, you only need to fill out the Google form. We will contact you separately for account numbers, dietary restrictions, and nights you are staying.

If you would like to arrive a day early, there will be a special JWST-themed seminar at Steward called EURECA - Early Universe/REionization Conversations at Arizona - at 10am on Monday 2 October. We look forward to seeing you there!
